123 matriculants obtained a total of 114 distinctions, making 2016 a year of great achievement!
Our top achiever is Naushad Valli with an average of 91, 6% and 8 distinctions. His results were as follows 100% Physical Science, 99% Mathematics, 98% Accounting and 97% IT. He and Naheeda Ebrahim (average 90, 9%, 7 distinctions) were among the top 20 achievers of Mpumalanga. They are the fortunate recipients of full scholarships.
Dis vir Hoërskool Piet Retief ‘n besondere eer om erkenning te gee aan 2016 se top presteerders. Buiten Naushad en Naheeda het Annette Rabe , Nicole Meyer en Zainab Gangat ook 7 onderskeidings behaal.
Ses onderskeidings is deur Troy Singh, Simone Odendal en Niël Botha behaal.
Yusuf Mansoor het 5 onderskeidings en Tasmiya Goolam het 4.
Al bogenoemde matrieks se gemiddelde was bo 80%
Die volgende leerders het elk 3 onderskeidings behaal: Janeke Geyer, Charlene Janssens, Anisha Mohammed en Annèmi Nell.
